You can convert the evaluation version of Windows Server 2016 Standard to
either Windows Server 2016 Standard (retail) or Datacenter (retail).
Similarly, you can convert the evaluation version of Windows Server 2016
Datacenter to the retail version.
Note
In this release, you can only perform this conversion from evaluation to
retail with Windows Server 2016 that has been installed by using the Desktop
Experience option (not the Server Core option).

发帖数: 2464 | 9 先离线把EVL版转成VOL版，然后再安装，KMS激活就OK了。每180天激活一次。
首先把install.wim挂载到x:WinSv2016，
（怎么mount,管理员权限CMD下运行DISM /Mount-Wim /? 就是HELP了。）
然后做以后几步：
DISM /Image:x:WinSv2016 /Get-CurrentEdition
DISM /Image:x:WinSv2016 /Get-TargetEditions
DISM /Image:x:WinSv2016 /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:CB7KF-

微软给的文件名已经说明一切了
RS1_RELEASE_SERVER_EVAL_X64
是Release，不是PreRelease,也不是RC。
同时也是Eval，不带序列号的试用版。
