把我的C盘东西都backup到新的SSD上了。下一步要怎么做？
光是这样用SDD启动不了呀/
是不是还要recover之类的，才能从SSD启动呀？

不要backup你的系统文件到SSD，你可以：
1. 直接用disk clone，直接把你HDD上的系统clone道SSD上；
或者
2. 用acornis，先backup这个image file到外置硬盘上，然后restore到你的SSD上。

In case Windows 8 is installed on a regular hard disk drive, users can
migrate the operating system to an SSD by cloning the system drive with the
help of any imaging application, and then restoring the clone to the SSD.
How to Migrate Windows 8 on a SSD Using Acronis True Image Home?
In order to migrate Windows 8 to and SSD using Acroins True Image Home, step
-by-step instructions given below must be followed:
1. Restart Windows 8 computer with Acronis True Image bootable media CD
support.
2. Make sure that an SSD on which Windows 8 is to be migrated is attached to
the computer.
3. On the displayed screen, click Acronis True Image Home.
4. On Acronis True Image Home window, click to select Tools & Utilities
category from the left pane.
5. Once selected, click Clone Disk under Utilities section from the right
pane.
6. On the displayed Clone Disk Wizard window, click to select Manual radio
button. Alternatively, Automatic (recommended) radio button can also be
selected in order to allow Acronis True Image Home to clone the SSD
automatically.
7. Once done, click Next to proceed.
8. On Select the source hard disk from the list below page, click to select
the source hard disk clone of which is to be created, and click Next.
9. On Select the target hard disk from the list below page, click to select
the target hard disk that is to be cloned and, click Next.
10. On Choose data moving method from old to new hard drive page, Click to
select Proportional radio button in order to make Acronis True Image Home
change the size of original partitions to fit the size of SSD accordingly.
11. Click Next to continue.
12. On the Summary page, click Proceed to initiate the cloning process of
SSD.
13. Once cloning process completed successfully, on the Information box,
click OK.
14. Turn off the computer and remove the HDD attached to the computer.
15. Restart the computer using SSD. |

但是最好的方法还是重新安装道SSD上。然后用acronis备份成image。

SSD的硬盘A，
我用acornis把C盘的backup 的image file到了D盘，然后想recover到A盘SSD，
但source and destination里面怎么找不到这个A盘呢？

发帖数: 9994 | 9 奥对了，你要先把SSD接到主板的SATA port 0， 就是最小的那个port，具体那个要看
主板说明书。
然后把1TB的系统盘换到其他port。
你这个最好用acronis的boot cd启动电脑，然后做系统clone，不要再windows系统里面
搞。
另外，你BIOS里面能看到SSD吗？

我是下载的acronis 的trial版本，没有CD。
我关机，重新换一下SATA的port看看 |

its own migration tool perfect for its SSD, like 840, EVO, Pro and very easy
to use. Other SSD manufactures should have their own too. |

制作一个镜像放在原来的硬盘上，然后重启，用windows 安装盘进入recovery，恢复到
ssd就OK了。
市面上好像也还有些软件也行，好像还可以设定只迁移系统，不迁移杂七杂八的文件。
具体名字我不记得了。 |
