I had BC 23, then I downloaded to BC 18, did not work for 1.43, then
download to BC 16. Did not like 1.43 on it since it erases all rss I added. (now I know how to keep the new rss), and doe snot have xlive.. mega feeds..etc
Then I upgraded to BC 27, with P61-Beta Megapack, plus additional rss change
.. So far so good.
I felt that the higher BC code, less bug, better compatibility for codecs...
And I do not have buffer issue as people mentioned. Maybe just because of the ISP difference. | T****n

不过正好问一下，这个CODE相当于什么？我觉得PBO是一个小计算机，我们刷的固件是
操作系统，那CODE是不是就是BIOS？

The Bootcode
The bootcode is a classical linux starting system composed of the kernel and
an initial ramdisk. This bootcode can be launched by several methods
including floppy disk, bootable CD, lilo, grub.
What will the bootcode do after loading the kernel?
1. It will first try to find the memory installation file on local CDs,
then start Womp in memory
2. If it did not found memory installation on local CDs, it will look for
a loopback or memory install on local drives, then start Womp either using
the loopback or in memory depending of what it has found (if both files are
present it will start the loopback).
3. If it fails to find any installation files, it will inform you an give
you the only choice of rebooting! | l*******e
