机箱比想像中的要大，感觉还是挺新的，除了机箱底部有点小划痕，没有发现其他Dent
&Scratch。正面和顶部的塑料贴还没有撕开。但机箱的螺丝很明显的打开过。
打开机箱，检查了一遍，CPU,GPU & 4*2G RAM还好。
竟然还是第一次开机，还算比较安静。没有别人抱怨过的风扇噪音。
现在有个比较郁闷的问题。机器的内存是 4条2G的trichannel。应该如何设置？

Studio XPS - 435 Tower
Scratch & Dent
Intel Core i7-920 Processor (8MB L3 Cache, 1MB L2 Cache, 2.66GHz)
750 GB SATA II Hard Drive (7200RPM)
8 GB DDR3 SDRAM 1066MHz (4 DIMMs)
16X DVD +/- RW w/dbl layer write capability
256MB ATI Radeon HD 3450 supporting HDMI (主要是不喜欢这个)
Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium

你的i7-960比i7-920贵个$300,显卡得贵个$100
才好说同价位，8gb 1066也不比6gb 1333便宜
XPS9100和XPS435好像都是X58芯片组
内存控制器在CPU里，按照intel spec, i7-920, i7-960都是1066
不知道上1333是怎么回事，intel改设计了？

我的 xps 9100 is about $930 before tax, the price difference is about the
price gap between the two cpu's. But xps 9100 will do better when to deal
with video with Adobe premier. Also if you add nvidia 470 and a PSU for
another $350. You have a gaming machine. Any way, if you don't play game,
then core i7 920 is more than enough. And you don't care about mobo.

according to intel latest datasheet (oct/2010 update), only 975 and 965, the
extreme edition support 1333 and other frequency. really wondering how a i7
-960, 930 running the 1333MHz. i7-860 does 1333MHz, but not support tri-
channel.

发帖数: 404 | 16 我的去年435买的435已经有问题了，还好还有19天的保修期，来了两个technician，换
了主板，显卡，内存，还是没有发现问题，结果把我的refurbished的435换了一个
brandnew的9100,还是比较lucky，如果再过几天就悲剧了，应该赞一下dell的custom
service，把我的cpu和显卡，内存都升级了。 |
