Want to buy a desktop computer for my dad. The budget is below $500
Since he mostly uses it for surfing the internet, he doesn't need a most
updated computer; however he wants a big moniter like in 20 to 24 inches
range.
An all in one computer is very appealing too.
Any good suggestion in terms of cost and quality.
