(see below), the next-generation AMD GPU would be known as the Southern
Islands code name. It suggests that the name of commercial déclinées
graphics cards will be, if AMD continues to appoint its products with the
same logic, Radeon HD 6000.
The Southern Islands (Islands of the South range would be available in five
GPU (whose code names are the names of Islands):
