I tried to backup a linux partition, Acronis Home suggest that I do a sector
-by-sector backup.
if I do I sector-by-sector backup, can I restore it to a different disk/
partition later?
another questions, can I open a linux backup image in windows? | a*o

thanks, I am not very familiar with linux
that partition has been sitting there for years
now i want to store it as an image file rather than a physical disk
