如果一定要lockbox，必须California-approved的吗？还是有锁
的container都行？比如普通的file safe？那种放车上带锁的小

偷東西的不是你的問題. 如果你有朋友或親戚有felony,你不能讓他/她拿到你的槍.

我是说，就法律条文来说，没上膛的枪即使被孩子拿到出了事，枪主也没有法律责任。
这可能是法律的灰色地带？

也算loaded，因为mag是枪的一部分
