Can not bring them to NY state, want to mail them out, or sell them.
Is that legal to mail the magazines in the Sates? |

但是，要弄清收件人所在州的法律。比如CA，10+rd mag是illegal，不可以拥有，买卖
，不能mail into CA.但是拆散后就不再是mag，而是rebuilt kit，rebuilt kit是
legal的。可以像任何其他商品一样处理。 |
