1. Texas CHL holders have almost every criminal activities conviction rate
under 0.2%. Most criminal activities are 0.0% conviction rate for Texas CHL
holders. Only one criminal activity (Aggressive sexual assault child) is
closed to 1%.
Because the criminal record takes two years to be final, right now the
newest one available for public to view is for year 2009.

2. Up to 2010, only 316 Asian/Pacific FEMALE were CHL holders. It's 0.31% of
total Texas CHL holders. Up to 2010, only 2271 Asian/Pacific MALE were CHL
holders. It's 1.91% of total Texas CHL holders.
Again, this is the newest statistics. Year 2011 is not available for the
public to view yet.

equation.
