我就想那马凭借这样买到的打猎执照购买的枪支严格意义来讲是否合法啊！
其实平时的话没人管这个，但是如果你在家里把闯入家里的罪犯击毙，对方律师如果深究这一点，那么你的枪支
是否是合法的呢？

就不那么严格。但是一旦要是出了事，全部给你挖出来让你吃不了兜着走，而且，没有
严格enforce导致你犯错政府没有错，你有错。

没有，那是你的错。

How could you say it is illegal if they are all approved by DPS.
They provided everything needed, and they did not made any false statement
or fake documents. Even it is a fault, that is DPS fault. |

没有education就买应该可以认为是欺骗
如果这样license就是无效的，涉及CCW所make的那些claim也不能视为真实有效的
education.

license.
If you do not have hunting education, you will have "hunter ed required"
words printed on your hunting license, and everybody can see it
That also means you do not need to complete hunter education before buying
hunting license
There is no 欺骗 at all

are accompanied by a person licensed and had education or exempted.
you can legally buy a hunting license without taking education class. and
you must have license if you go hunting.

to complete the class and exam on line. And then it took me a day to go for
field class and exam
Some busy guys just do not want to allocate that much time on it
As for knowledge, especiall gun safe knowledge, I don't think that education
gave me much. But it did give me some knowledge about survival

present evidence of having successfully completed a hunter education course

至少貌似在Ohio，不参加EDU能拿到license的唯一途径是你先在某个不需要EDU就能拿
到license的州拿到了license |

以前在印第安那，申请个终身携枪证啥都不需要，去打指纹然后做背景检查，无犯罪记
录，交钱就能拿证 |
