Friday Factoid: The City of Los Angeles, California, bans the purchase or
possession of any holster designed to fit a pistol of less than 6.75 inches
in overall length. In fact, the city banned the sale of any "accessories
used to enable the concealment of ultracompact firearms." How's that working
