a good friend told me that everyone can buy a used gun IN the gun show
no need to show anything, right, NOTHING except cash
i do know that one can buy from private around a gun show place, private
deals...
but it is still different from buying a used gun IN a gun show and showing
no documents
is this true? my friend is a very reliable man, usually. |

That is related to private sales.
If you buy a gun from a FFL in a gun show, you still need to fill the forms
and go through the background check.
Nothing is special in gun show. |

店家卖枪在店里卖和枪展卖也要求一样，背景调查通过后才能完成交易。
法律规定私人交易也必须通过背景调查就是了，和枪不枪展无关，虽然本人对枪展没有
兴趣(只展不卖的SHOT当然不算)。

去某人家里买是一样的，和gun show没有任何关系。gun show只是给你提供一个把所有

According to my knowledge, when you buy a firearm (no matter new or used)
from an FFL dealer, you have to fill the forms and go through the background
check (unless you have a CHL, or you are buying a C&R gun with your C&R
license, or you yourself is an FFL 01 licensee), no matter it is in gun show
or not.

候。
有FFL非法这样干，你在枪展说你可能背景调查过不了，他让你加点钱就卖了。敢这样
干可能和枪展的流动性大和可追查性差有关。

to buy a gun in his state then he can sell without any paperwork. all he
needs to do is checking a valid state ID.
