ｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎ只能在那个小ＦＦＬ那里用，悲剧不悲剧啊。
大虾们说说如果我到另外一个小ｆｆｌ那里ｒｕｎ ｂａｃｋｇｒｏｕｎｄ ｃｈｅｃ
ｋ， ＦＢＩ还会ｄｅｎｙ我吗，ｄｅｎｙ了还得重新申诉吗？
哪位大侠推荐一款网上最便宜的枪，我试着去再run 一次，ｄｅｎｙ了也无所谓。 |

发帖数: 1186 | 2 你每次买枪都需要FFL打电话去FBI背景调查，即使在同一个FFL也如此。FBI给你的通知
只是说明给你写信的那时候，你的那个问题澄清了，你可以买枪了。但是那之后的日子
里还是不能肯定还有其它事情发生，因此，每次买枪都需要重新做检查。从你自身来说
，只要那之后没有其它事情发生，比如出境、身份改变、三个月住址没变、没有任何刑
事事件发生，那么你肯定可以通过背景调查的。 |

In gun shows, you will see many visitors selling their own guns, too. 99% of
them won't bother a FFL nor tax when you buy from them. Even some private
exhibitors will sell you without FFL background check.

所以你anyway需要重新做background check，也没啥损失，就是麻烦一下多找个ffl呗

I am not sure if I understand your question above. In Ohio, citizens or not,
it doesn't make much difference

I agree with you regarding the risk, but when you buy an used one, there is
always such risk, even with FFL transfer. In pawn shops, there is no way the
dealer can 100% guarantee the gun is not a murder weapon or the result of
illegal trade, and you are definitely running the risks of being taken away
without any compensation if that was the case. If you worried that you may
end up in a murder trial, it is a little far-fetched.
From google:
Federal law allows the sale of a long gun or a handgun between private parties of the same state as long as the purchaser is 18 years of age. An individual who does not possess a federal firearms license may not sell a modern firearm to a resident of another state without first transferring the firearm to a dealer in the purchaser's state.[8] Firearms received by bequest or intestate succession are exempt from those sections of the law which forbid the transfer, sale, delivery or transportation of firearms into a state other than the transferor's state of residence.[8] Likewise, antique firearms are exempt from these sections of the law in most states. 如果买了到时候真的自卫开了枪，不就完蛋了。

发帖数: 3080 | 12 大家都在討論，每個州的情況都不一樣，有說得不切當的地方也難免，不必太在意。
我覺得通過FFL賣槍主要還有證據，萬一槍有問題可以證明自己的清白。畢竟有份文件
，說明是甚麼時候賣的槍，在此之前的事你不用負責。而且FFL也都要有認證的，買到
問題槍的可能性會小很多。
