long gun from an FFL of another
state, provided that you satisfy federal requirements for alien gun
purchases (hunting license, residency
period, etc). In practice however, you probably won't be able to find an
FFL willing to sell to you directly. So,
find a local FFL to do the transfer for you.

the same gun Remington 870express sold in Big five in los angeles, for 330
dollar + tax after 50 dollar off on sale is price 269 dollar in Alabama. But
I have to pickup the shotgun myself. |

your state of residence, proof of
continued residence (in your state) of the past three months. Otherwise,
the FFL won't be able to fill out the
form. Did you tell the dealer you don't have a green card?
