Harvest Technologies which is located at the North Carolina Research Campus http://www.ncresearchcampus.net/, Kannapolis, NC. The primary research areas in my group are Functional Food Design/Processing and Packaging of Fresh Produce. I am seeking a postdoctoral associate who has interest in these areas. The appointment will be up to 3 years.
