university does not pay for the green card application but promises to
provide necesary assistance to my attorney for my application. Last month, the
university refused to allow my attorney to submit PERM online for my
applcation of labor certification. Fortunately, the university, under the
assistance of my attorney, filed the PERM online and got my labor
