name and processing fee. In addition to PINYING name, one CHINESE character
name is put there.
He can go to BANK OF CHINA for business but need to wait around one month.

shang", "jiao tong", or "nong ye". for your safety, better put the receipant's
id#(sheng fen zheng) on it.
