发帖数: 2 | 1 I'm on my F-1 OPT. My wife just got admission from a university. But I need to
return China in late Feb. I want to know, if she mails her application to INS
for status change from F2 to F1 and gets the receipt before I leave here, does
she has the legal right to stay in the U.S.A? Or I must stay here with her to
wait for the final decision from INS? I'm so worried about it. Could someone
give me any suggestions? Thank you very much. |
