a friend of mine just enrolled in a university as a Ph.D. student, but she
got into this fight with her advisor now faces the situation of no
assistantship. plus, she is tired of the engineering major and wanted to
change to something in liberal arts ASAP. Due to lack of proper background
in those areas, she wants to find a school that allows her to maintain the F
-1 status (perhaps charge minimum tuitions/fees and mininum academic
requirements) so she can work hard to make money to p | h****3
