1. backswing not finished before downswing start
2. during hip turn, hip center also moves to front/left
3. during downswing, head moves to left (this is due to #2)
4. shallow swing plane (especially driver) during backswing
5. overswing in backswing
#1 is relatively easy to fix. just slow down the pace.
No idea how to fix #2 - #5

1. Are you intentionally using Anthony Kim' style takeaway? His takeaway has
a very early wrist hinge before body turn. It is not a problem, but this
kind of takeaway introduce lots of hand-wrist action,make the takeaway jerky
and hard to go inside-back.It needs compensation by right shoulder deep dip
. Kim's swing tempo is very fast(he is a long hitter),for me it looks like
rush, one of the reason is this kind takeaway. You swing tempo is also fast,
maybe can learn more from Kim's entire swing.
2.Takeaway and down swing, left, right up-arm disconnected from body.Try
towel underneath armpits drill. it will make swing more stable and
repeatable.

No I did not follow A Kim.
I do intentionally hinge my wrist early so that I do not have to worry about
it at the top of backswing.
Will try towel underneath armpits drill.

armpit. Don't try put towels underneath both arms together at beginning。
