了很多学习（主要是看书和youtube)思考和尝试，我想我大概找到了自己swing的问题。
先说duck hook吧，因为它使我痛苦很久。我的问题就是shoulder turn不够，因为
shoulder turn不到位，down swing就会更多的用手臂力量，手臂out race身体。导致1
.swing path outside in, 2. club head close at impact.这两点就会造成duck hook
.另外手臂out race身体还会使人感觉很难受，容易拉伤背部。有一次我看golf
channel,Fred Couples谈swing,他就强调他的swing thought就两点，一是shoulder
turn要到位（>=90度），不用考虑resist hip turn, 二是down swing要加速，击球时
有加速度。我尝试加大shoulder turn, 果然解决了duck hook的问题。大家可以试一下
，shoulder turn很大 |

发帖数: 977 | 3 这是另外的问题了，back swing时右腿保持角度不变，完全以spine为轴turn，应该可
以保持头稳定。另外shoulder turn也要因人的flexibility而异，我记得有个long
shot冠军shoulder turn 能达到135度。一般人没那么牛，但年轻人turn个90度应该没
问题的。

off, causing your weight to hang back on your right side.
I had the same problem with pushing my drive to the right when keeping the
elbow close to the waist during the down swing.
Since I have mostly eliminated my ugly duck hook. Now I aim my drive to the
left of the fairway:
1) if I push my drive, it will be in the middle of the fairway
2) if I hit it straight it will be on the left side of the fairway
3) if I hit |

little bit close at address if there's hazard on the right.
