D***m 发帖数: 129 | 1 I started about four months ago. Read the Dummies and Ben Hogan's book. I
can
hit with a 7 iron for about 100 yard pretty straight. One thing I am unsure
is,
during a down swing, after I have rotated my hip to be paralleled with the
target line and my arms have dropped down at waist level, should I apply
force
directly to my arms to hit the ball, or continue letting my shoulders to "
drag"
my arms?
Thank you for your teaching... | v***s 发帖数: 4031 | 2 Don't swing down with your arms earlier than your upper body movement. the
downswing starts with your lower body, followed by the upper body and lastly
the hands and arms. | D***m 发帖数: 129 | 3 Thanks. So I cannot just let my shoulders to "drag" my arms to swing. I
still have to
use force on the arms, just a bit slower than the hip and shoulders. | v***s 发帖数: 4031 | 4 You're supposed to have your shoulders drag your arms and hands.
【在 D***m 的大作中提到】 : Thanks. So I cannot just let my shoulders to "drag" my arms to swing. I : still have to : use force on the arms, just a bit slower than the hip and shoulders.
