发帖数: 307 | 2 Sounds like golf/tennis elbow if the pain is on the right elbow for a righty
and left elbow on a lefty. There is some sort of elbow band you can use to
ease the strech while playing. This may caused by a swing fault. I would
guess you try to use your right arm (left for lefty) to force the swing
instead of turning your hip and shoulder on the down swing. | p*********e

这个似乎确实是我最初练swing的时候出现的,但是我虽然是左撇子
swing是正常的右撇子方向,出问题的也是右肘的外侧
最近动作稍微进步了些,似乎那个地方也逐渐不痛了:)
