t totally off yesterday and that is how he lost the tournament. his approach
shots were ok -- he did not leave himself with a bunch of 40+ footers where
he couldn't blame the putter.

16th, kinda lucky
However, Tiger did pick up some of his putters yesterday although it was a l
ittle bit late.
It was a tough course yesterday, really. And imagine, if Phil didn't make th
at chip shot, and if Tiger got that putter on 17th,
anything could happen at the 18th hole, which is a par 3 made on purpose for
the drama.
For the major, yeah, I think it's just about a little bit of luck for Tiger.
But he will get that

i feel like Tiger made most of GIR, while kenny perry was struggling, and go
up and down, try to save. kenny perry made tons of miracle save until he
run out of luck. while, tiger made most of GIR, but he was very conservative
, didnt give him any chance for birdie. i got the same feeling when i
watched at PGA championship.
yes, he missed few putts here and there, but he just didnt get himself
enough chance. there are many 140-180 approaching shots for

uncharacteristic for him.
That might be the first time he lost in a major after 54 holes lead.
On the contrary, Yang finished that match with a solid birdie putt,
with knowing that a par will be enough to make him the first asian major cha
mpion.
Anyway, maybe it's just a slow start for Tiger and it's already good enough.

Phil Mickelson, Padraig Harrington are all in their top form of their ca
reer life.
And Tiger is even younger than them. He will be as dominant as before. He ju
st needs some time, I think.

很多人就开始问tiger能不能突破jack的记录。tiger现在也只在算他能赢大满贯的次数
，如果他一个都没赢，就是一个失败的1年。

Tiger.
However, he's just come back from surgery. I would say it's already good
enough for him to win the Fedex cup this year.
But he does need a major to prove himself in his regular year.
And yes, I agree with you, second place is never an option.
