recently i got a pairs of old Taylormade Steel 3wood/5wood, for $1 each.
feel good using it. loud sound of steel striking ball. no longer need the
diablo fairway wood.
frankly, Diablo driver is okay, but nothing great or advanced... looks a bit
ugly
at golfsmith, Callway Diablo user rating sinks to 4.5/5, while R9 460 is 4.7
/5.
plus R9 indeed looks better, and more advanced technology.... i like the
idea to adjust the loft/face angle

be a very good one.
similiar technology, and newer release.
you can try one.
i used to play 460 when i tee with callaway, now i am totally comfortable
with size 440 (my r7 limited), i think r9 is 425, maybe give you better
feeling. r9 460 is more forgiving though, that is what i heard.

460 is very similar to Burner, the kind of harder feel and less feedback.
I like the feel of R7 supersqud and R7 limited much better. It feels like
I'm crashing the ball.

90 days guarantee, i was amazed by their service.... hope R9 price drop, so
i can get R9 small head, or tour prefered version in 3 month....
tried several balls at range, left shoulder a bit sour, so didn't use more
force ----------one straight, 4 gentle fade, 1 mishit, 1 slice (thinking hit
it long, guess swing a bit too hard).
feel that Taylormade grip is way better than Callaway clubs... soft and
