yesterday, there was 2 par5, i use 2 strokes to get closer to the flag.
one is 20 yards, the other is 70 yards.
the 20 yards one was on the fairway in front of green, the grass was cut
very short. so my decision was to putt it instead of chip it. And it was an
eagle attempt i got so excited, given i was crossing the lake to reach the
greenside. long story short, waste 4 strokes to get the hole. from eagle
attempt to bogey.
the 70 yards one, pitch, short, pitch again, short again, another ch

my buddies were joking, why would you want to take risk to reach the green
side in 2 for par5, layup and leave yourself 100.

three golfers can’t get the ball close to the green for most par5 within
two shots, more often than not, they ending up making bogie or double bogies
or even worse.
