it is a relative short course, 3 par4 and 6 par3
but you get to use almost all your weapons, which is good for practice.
last time i played there, the marshal did me a favor, told me that i can
play two 9 hole with one 9 hole price. so i end up playing the same course
twice
break 70 //kaka (par 60)
the course almost got everyting, water, hazard, bunker, tree, wind...
slightly elevated green. and short par4 always lure you with eagle attempt.

times and am generally 8-12 over par (par 32). Now, I really need to hone my

there is only two holes par 3 (#6, #8) could be called easy hole, but with
wind blow, they could become very hard as well.
given there are water/hazardous everywhere from all other holes, it is not
that easy to make a birdie from #2,#4,#5,#7,#9, you need at least two to get
on the green.
and #3 is 157 yards par3 over water and with bunker at other side of water,
the only way to make a birdie is to land on green which is not easy from 157
yards out.

other muni courses around the bay.
for me par is birdie.
as i said before, if you can do over par +8 from fremont,
+8 * 2 + 72 = 88
shoulbe easily break 100.

The problem with my game is that the longest club I can hit is my 4 hybrid,
which carries maybe 190 yards from the tee. And I just don't have any power
game. I'm practicing my wood now.

i used all my driver, 3wood, 5wood, hybrid on that course, and i still think
it is hard course. well, you only carry 4H, can easily get +8

anytime you carry 190 yard with club other than driver, that's very decent
power.
you should have overshoot a lot of greens. even 200 yard long
par3.

didn't get any birdies from my last two rounds, keeping bouncing back and
forth between bogie to par. I bet, sooner or later, you can drive the ball
250 yards or more off the tee.

发帖数: 185 | 12 To be frank , Fremont park golf is pretty tough. each hole is narrow and
many of them are dog-legs with hazards.
I played couple times in Fremont with Medson. Medson's short game is like
pro that you guys will be amazed and his consistence is fabulous . I learned
a very useful drill of chipping from him
hope someday we can join you guys for 18 holes.

I'm not trying to be modest. I think I'm very comfortable with my iron (
middle and short) for my skill level. And that is what Fremont park is all
about. iron, iron, and more iron.
Whenever I try to move onto the big league, such as Monarch Bay, I always
got destroyed by the course and swear I'll not touch golf again. I'm not
exaggerating, but it is just not fun. So I think most likely, I'll have to
work hard to develop some power game so I can carry 200 yards | A*f

i remember birdie2005 break 80 by relying on solid iron + short game without
driver.
