发帖数: 2325 | 1 modified my swing recently, from 2-plane to 1-plane, trying to learn 1-plane.
1-plane ask more using core muscle and more commitment to backswing.
the main stand of 1-plane is to reduce variable factors and make it simple.

打的好.第二,我的教练曾经花很多时间指正我的SWING PLANE问题, 比如说 TOO
UPRIGHT, COMING DOWN UNDER THE PLANE,但对我帮助都不大.后来自己发现有很多重
要的FUNDAMENTAL的东西做的不对,SWING PLANE再PERFECT也没用.

agree with you on importance of fundamentals. i have examined my swing
fundamentals for several rounds already. it's a lot of work just checking if
we are doing exactly fundamentals specify.
my swing is not yet ingrained yet. so i'd like to build a swing with an
efficient swing model. ideally put fundamentals into a system/framework and
try to grab it as a whole. in terms of efficient, i would even consider
from physics point of view. recently i found that 1-plane is

发帖数: 2325 | 5 no internet access for 2 weeks. i use microsoft movie maker, which has a
frame-by-frame funcation. then cut and paste from movie maker to paint brush
.
there are better golf software for video annotation and editing, but only
free on trial i guess.
