首先从大的方面来说,这个老师的teaching philosophy比较倾向于natural swing,。也
就是说:
1. 他不喜欢stack&tilt, 也不支持那些过度强调hip rotation或者COG shift之类的挥
杆。
2. 他认为一个好的挥杆应该是从上身的mid-section启动,也就是肚脐到横膈膜之间这
个位置。set up的时候全身都是放松的,只有这里和相对应的背部有些tension. 他建议
平时就可以联系用这个部位(或者说把意念集中在这个部位),练习左右转身。
Ok, 这个就是他的最核心的swing thought. 接下来是一些细节,和很多书上讲的差不多
。
1. Stance. 他认为170以上的人都不用过分屈膝,而是只要把膝盖骨放松就好了。过度
屈膝会造成back swing时候下盘太死,进而造成重心不好保持稳定。我课后按照他的建
议来做(以前腿部弯曲比较厉害),果然100个practice ball只有1次shank. 而我之前
shank的原因主要是重心迁移。
2. Grip. 他认为不论年龄、习惯,grip都 |

过实践将之内在化(2)不要被大量的信息搞晕,学会从一个比较靠谱的地方逐渐深入进

膀上一定不要用力。" - This is something i have to work on. One thing to
make sure of this is to keep a loose grip during the downswing, i guess? |

not everyone has a natural hip rotation, if the one has not been trained by
other similar sport. Don't believe, just simply toss the golf ball to the
target, as hard as possible. natural toss it. then toss the ball using the
hip rotation. let your hand/arm for directio

what i emphasis is.. hip rotation is not a natural thing. you gotta be
trained to have it.

very well. we all know downswing starts from the lower body rotation, but
once i turn my hip, my upper body will follow too quickly and it's going
outside-in. Is it because I'm lack of fitness? I gotta tilt my body a little

the plane, you can start your downswing by turning your body's big muscle(
the torso you mentioned) as hard as you can, but not the hip rotation only.

i am trying to do this lag. will take video and see if i could do it
properly. figuring this is the key to achieve 110 MPh and plus club speed.
also this will reduce impact to elbow to avoid injury.
