He used to be the captain of his high school golf team. and shot 74 after
this pratice session at the Roy Kizer golf course.

发帖数: 10701 | 3 backswing到downswing的transition还是不太smooth， 毕竟是在against很久的习惯,
有时downswing过急就最可能把球pull到左边。。
不过现在backswing onplane much much better.

looks much more smooth.
however, if talking about the ball-striking qualifty and consistency, he is
way behind me. In the past several rounds we played toghether, i doubt he
ever broke 90 at Jimmy Clay. the problem with him is the lack of
consistency.
he is using titeist 681 mb, a blade used by Tiger when he was in Stanford.
Like I said, my playing style is to play like a senior to ensure consistency.

本质上没啥差别，因为我downswing没变，区别可能是，我driver的动作，那时是相当
的自信，所以都是full-extension, 现在我改动作的过程中， 我backswing的注意力还
相当关注在backswing和contact， 所以follow-through 可能更不上，显得有区别。
我认为这依然还是个变化的过程。如果我很舒服我的backswing的话，我在做downswing
时能更rotate hip first， ，这样就能看到一个upright的body.
里面几个iron swing 的正面，其实也看得出没啥区别。但hip initating downswing不
是那么明显罢了。

的感觉是downswing开始的时候，右脚别踮的太早。否则右肩会过早外转，downswing会
变得比较steep。
老马动作很舒展，肩膀转动幅度相当大，看finish的样子就了解这厮柔韧性很好。but

behind the ball， 对driver的影响最大。我回头试试。
Mark打球，就跟见到的大多的high school/college kids， 全靠timing, 也就是day-
in day-out，这种后天练习勤奋用处不大的。

give you a more stable support, help knee rotation, and reduce lateral
movement.
it's more for setup, actually. however, shifting weight during the swing
process is comparable speaking. like, when you do your backswing, you put
more weight on your right side of your body (assume you are right-handed),
more specifically, on your right foot. since your inside part of your right
foot is supporting your body, so the weight is

seniro, but like a golf veteran. I have been tired of hitting a shot,
looking for everywhere, or never know where the ball could go.
I like my tempo control. Actually, you barely see i make big mistakes when
my body is in shape.

读了zxhou说的之后我又再看了一遍，好象driver的时候，右脚抬得早了一点
overall 当然是 very impressive, specially i like your fairway wood shots.
也说说我的两点observations:
1.好象你的pre-shot routine的wiggle没看见，不知道是不是edit的时候砍了
2.有一两个iron shot的时候，刚刚开始down-swing的时候用力过猛的感觉,
就是不是很smooth down-swing下来的

一般大家说open stance 或者close stance.

这个图是open stance的解释。 我希望我在driver setup时是相反，close-stance, 从
Ben Hogan那里学的。
当然也可能是相机的缘故，但理论上，我希望我是close stance or square stance,
worse case是open stance.
但对短的wedge，我希望是open stance.

发帖数: 10701 | 19 右脚是早了些，特别是对driver, 我昨天去练习场试了一下，对topping的mishit改进
了不少 （不是完全的topping, 而是如果我Mishit的话，击在球上部的可能性，想在几
个月前我swing感觉最好时， 我的mishit也多是hit thin, 球依然是直的，就是
trajectory低）。
我不做wiggle.. 不是没个人都做wiggle， 当然也有很多人做。我一般是从球后做2下
preshot routine,然后移到球前就击出去了。
也许可以考虑做做，特别是现在正在练习hinge wrist时。
最后那个，说实话，每人能都是一个节奏，有些时候，特别是tough lie& strong wind
时，人自然都有个tendency， 更何况有时练习也很high时。 KJ Choi 牛逼之处就是在
， 我眼里，无论何时何地，都是一节奏。
不过我常提醒自己的句话是： if you want to hit a good one, hit it easy.. 这对
我在一些tough hole/tough lie 很有用处，这也是我在Roy Kizer #11 （球场上
