shoe..
so.. you can have the two in the same time.

For my 40$ Nike, I have replaced the spikes. By the way, Nike
has different spkies from others. |

for golf swing, the foot stability and leg power are most important.
unfortunately, leg strength is my weakness, tho i did pratice a lot.
not brave enough to use the squart routine if without protection.
