or, i would say it could be related to the individual body shape. Personally
, it's the only reason I could explain the two-plane.
Golf swing is changing during the past decades. Current kids are all
learning/using the one plane golf swing, or we call it the modern golf swing
from Ben Hogen.
Why are they two- plane? I guess those senior pros didn't have the
technology to see their swing using fast camara in their decade. They found

I think two plane requires more from the body, more flexibility, more skill,
more control. And we all learn golf at an "old" age, we sure stick with
the simple and ugly one plane. does it make sense?

As long as you can hit the ball, even
3 planes will do that.

In order to better understand the question, I went over the plane theory
again, and draw the conclusion the author really might not be right about
his analysis.
Say, he analysised tiger's swing "one plane of most part and two plane arm
position, that's not right. He just picked a wrong Tiger's photo, or he
might do that purposely. Tiger is always looking for the repetable one-plane
swing.
One is right, a good golf swing needs to be "on

hitting the ball consistently is the result of on-plane swing.
technique and feeling lead to result, in my opinion.

like a two-plane. please check out the photos between p162-p163 of "How I
play
Golf". In my eyes, Vijay and last week's winner Mike Wilson are tipical
one-plane swinger.

Tiger tried to change his swing afterwards. he is looking for one plane, as
i know.
