Won my first game against another 7kyu from Zur.
Made many mistakes, but he made more.
Asked a pro to review the game. It was very nice other than the pro doesn't
speak much english. At the end, i felt i learnt more Japanese than Go.
No access to kgs & cannot save the kifu. Hope i can still remember those
comments when i go back. |

When i filled the last dami, i put my ~15 stones into self-atari.
Really the last one, or say the second last one.
Then the whole group was dead.
My opponent was kind enough to ask me if i wanted to take it back.
But i think that was too great an offer to receive. |

He is famous as a commenter in Korea.
A 5P girl korean pro helped and translated.
Both Japanese & Korean Ki-In sent pros here.
Won the second one as well.
I felt my heart beaten twice faster when there was a killing.
I cannot read far enough to the end.
My opponent smoked something, not cigarette, not O2 neither. Some strange
Arabic thing I guess.
The smell annoyed me. |

so many choices on board. You never know where you opponent gonna put his
stone.

the hotel.

I played against a young 7kyu.
But i was not very in the game, and lost it in 30 minutes.
Went to the beach again, but it was cloudy, so didn't swim.
Did BBQ in the evening. A german boy helped me to light up the fire. And
then the whole family joined BBQ, so i had some nice german sausage. The
youngest boy in the family is very cute. Both he and his brother play in EGC

I was behind since the 10th move until the 10th last move.
She drived my stones from one side of the board to the other, and i somehow
still had only one eye.
But Tuzi Jile Hui Yaoren :)), I cut her group and killed it when struggling
to find the other eye of my group.

到了破空目的，就很好了。你这样一路跑回去，全是单官，属于典型的被养的猪。
你需要练练计算，杀棋和治孤，不要跟个机器人一样光背定式。

。第一个星期的星期五的时候，大家都互相说TGIF。
Groningen是从Amsterdam坐火车过去2个半小时。欧洲大陆的火车网挺发达的。在荷兰
的车站买票，他们还会打出来一张纸上面有详细的转车的信息，还有在哪儿个站台换车
。中间在Amsfoort换车只有3分钟，还担心跑不过来。还好车子一直都很准点。
在Amsterdam住了一天，晚上出去逛了一下红灯区。美人没抱到，还就在边上被人踩着
脚，拿着刀抢劫了一次。当时没看清楚小刀，兔子一样跑了。
欧洲之外的棋友，从美国过去的不是很多，大概是日本人去的最多。 |

中国有位职业棋手评说欧洲的kyu级选手明显比中国的要硬。软硬这个东西太虚，对我
来说具体就是地雷大小的问题。
很明显，法国人是最大的地雷群。我在两赢一输以后的碰上的两个法国人都把我雷的不
轻。后来拿到他们的kgs上id回去一看，都是3,4kyu的报了7,8kyu的。和一个朋友
Olivier抱怨这个问题。Olivier说是因为法国请了Fan Hui 2P做他们的国家围棋教练，
所以法国整体水平就比其他欧洲国家强那么一点。做为证据，他说平常在法国国内的
tourny，要报kgs-5子，而欧洲的只要kgs-4子。
于是我很郁闷，感觉8k就是比7k弱一个子，7k就是比6k差一个。怎么法国8k就和人家的
3k等同上了。明显是大家争先恐后当地雷，把船涨上去了么。你们自己在国内玩玩就算
了，还跑到EGC上玩。
后来发现，除了法国人一般是kgs -4以外，荷兰的一般是kgs -3，德国要好一些kgs -1
到2。英国人最诚实，一般都是kgs +/-1。于是养成了一个习惯，每次下棋之前查对手
国籍，还是很能准确估计他的水平的，呵呵。有一次又碰上一个法国人，于是我和

我这样的就是不读书, 下野棋, 现在也混到kgs 3d了. 象你这样坚持学习的, 应该
更快. 不要害羞, 多找高手下就是了.

发帖数: 2871 | 39 这次出于预算考虑，也是为了体验一下，就定的营地，住帐篷。星期三的时候下了非常
大的雨，雷鸣电闪。我躺在帐篷里，不担心帐篷塌掉也担心雨会漏进来。每次闪电的时
候就开始心里数雷声什么时候到。还好第二天钻出来的时候一切都好，至少人是干的。
就是感觉好像帐篷睡脚的地方比睡头的斜了一些，估计是心里作用。因为帐篷搭的比较
靠水边，担心是雨水冲得，于是回来又新找个地方重新安营扎寨了一番。
周围很多都是下棋的，还有一些拖家带口来的。因为大家平时都在外面活动，所以互相
认识的很快。还经常有人在营地扎堆下棋。
我的邻居大爷Marcel是13k，荷兰当地人。经常吃晚饭之后还拿出棋具，对着书摆一番
。一个人摆谱毕竟没有两个人下棋有意思。后来大家熟了，他就经常和Lasa来一盘，顺
便让Lasa给他指点两招。虽然Marcel比Lasa低了那么几个子，可是Marcel经常想在Lasa
的地盘里掏点什么出来。有一次差点成功，他利用Lasa棋的一些弱点，在里面弄出来一
块很像双活得棋。但是他自己外边的一个一路的子没有粘上，不过他没看到，还很兴奋
的喊Yeah!Seki!。结果被Lasa把那个子提了，他的Seki就没了。 |

每天早上下棋的时候桌子上都会有一张快报，2，3页16开正反面的纸。多数时报报头天
的战绩，当天的日程，后几天的天气预报，周围的好去处。有时也上点棋谱，8g。这样
如果碰上如clement这样第一步需要想5分钟，一小时只下4步的对手，不至于那么无聊。
中间报过两次纠纷。一次是因为一个人把棋子放到盘上，手指没有拿开，觉得不妥，又
把棋子拿回去了。结果对手不干了。叫人调解不满后愤然离席。外国的棋手好像是很多
都有这样的想法，手不离子就不算悔棋。听说是日本的说法。后来好像决定说，棋子不
能放到棋盘上，也不能先写到棋谱里，因为放上去和脑子里想的效果不一样，对分析有
影响。
先写到谱里也不过是1步，有位哥们觉得不过瘾，于是干脆出去用他的记谱软件分析一
下各种可能。结果估计是太嚣张了，忘记躲厕所去，被人抓到了。每天会场有七八百人
，也不知道他怎么这么巧就被看到了。不知道是不是太紧张了，呵呵。我想还不如直接
用大会提供的电脑上kgs摆呢，还有个形式分析什么的。每天下的快的棋手跑出去到kgs
上再战的很多。坐那还正大光明。后来也没提有什么措施，估计是要禁止电子 |
