1.if password are scratched, it may be used by the seller soon. so don't buy
scratched one.
2.if it is a new card, the seller used stolen CC to buy the GC, then get
void if found out later. This is the real risk but does this happen ofen?
how about get phone/address from seller to prevent this? or if they can
provide receipt.

你以为你问人家要驾照人家就能给你啦？反正我如果是ebay卖家，谁没事问我要驾照，
我直接block。再说了，信用卡都能偷，驾照复印件岂不是更好伪造。退一步讲，就算
你拿到了那个骗子驾照的复印件，人家骗你1000块钱，你去FBI报案吗？估计等抓住那
人，你没准也不在美国了。

risk，不要转嫁别人就好。

there is a guy promoting plasticjungle.com. I know the guy can get some
profit by referring people to buy from that website through link. I still
see the same risk for that. |
