want to delay the whole process of handling the dispute... can i all my
credit card company and dispute the payment??!!! |

see if USPS returned the cards to them. If so, they will resend the cards.
And asked me to wait for another 7 days. did they tell you the same thing?

发帖数: 398 | 7 they kept asking me wait till a few days later, and the second time i called
, their investigation hasn't had the resolution at all, so I got angry so
they said they'll send me a form and let me choose whether to refund or
resend the cards... now have the wait for the form coming in mail... what a
hassle
and seems they have different policy for dealing with customers, i really don't like that at all, because they seem to only want to delay the real action, not solving problems
