一， coupon policy，最简单的就不要将了，将几个比较tricy的情况
1， CVS 有promotion：buy 1 X get 1 X free:
（a) 这种情况CVS允许你用两个$ off coupon。 e.g. CVS buy one get one
pantene, 而你有$1/1 pantene coupon，你可以用两个。当然如果你的coupon是$1/2,
你只能用一个。
(b) 你可以用buy 1 X get 1 X free coupon，这样你将free得到两个items
(c) 如果你有buy X get Y free，或者类似的coupon，如果你买两个X，两个Y，
你可以
用两个coupon，这样，你得到两个X，两个Y at the price of 一个X。
2， CVS buy X get Y free：
（a) 你有buy Y get X free coupon，你可以用，得到X和Y for free
(b) 你也是buy X get Y free coupon |
