？还是带旅行支票到德国再换欧元？还是取钱出来换成欧元直接揣包里带过去？多谢多

I only know even for your own bank they will charge u fees for cash advance.
If you are talking about ATM card instead of credit card, then there may be
no fee.
In fact, I plan to use my netbank ATM card outside US since it doesn't
charge cross bank fees. Unlike BOA with other partner banks, you are free to
use your ATM card in any bank's ATM.

就有5000rmb的限制。如果自己有收入的话，我想可以先不用带那么多钱
