我们组招一个本科硕士级别的 PD associate scientist
限定本科硕士学位 （这是老板的决定）

先说一下这个职位优缺点让大家有个准备：
缺点： 公司小，原本是CMO，低级职位，工资不高，所在小城市偏僻 （GA一个极小城
市）
优点： 做的方向不错，兼做formulation和proccess development，了解的自然知道
PD比RD好得多。公司可以支持H-1B（自己抽签），公司正在赚钱扩张
Job description
Responsibilities:
This entry level position will focus on process and formulation development
of peptide drug. The successful candidate will work closely with the Process
Development, manufacturing and Quality Control teams. The successful
candidate will provide formulation and process development, optimization and
scale-up support for generic peptide drug product development.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor (with 2 years industrial experience) or Master degree in
Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry or related area.
•Have fundamental protein chemistry background and working knowledge
related to protein/peptide drug development.
•Hands-on experience with quantification and characterization methods
for biomolecules and corresponding instrumentations.
•Hands-on experience with chromatographic (especially RP) techniques
and other analytical methods.
•Able to work in a team environment under supervision, and can handle
common tasks with sound scientific judgement.
•Excellent communication ability and well-organized working style.
•Protein/peptide formulation development experience is preferred but
not required.
