The Condo is spacious, 859 Sq Ft. It has a bedroom, a bath, a closet, a sun
room, a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. It has oven/washing-
machine/dryer/refrigerator. We just had new AC and Furnace installed in Oct.
2014.
it is in a very quiet, gated community, with most of the residents being the
owners.The community has free gym/swimming pool/barbecue-area. Parking is
also free.
It is close to Marta Railway (Lindbergh Center Station). Walking takes 12
minutes; Or you can take bus Route 39 (the bus-stop is right in front of the
community), which is only one stop away from Marta station. It is also very
close to 400 and I-85. QT station and Target/Bestbuy/ Home depot are just
across the street, and two malls are close-by (2-minute walking). Lenox Mall
/Buckhead is also nearby.
Current lease (Resident is a Chinese student) will end on Feb. 15th as the
tenants will graduate soon, and we would like to have tenants who are clean
and would like to live there for long term (minimum 1 year).
Rent: $700 + your utility (Water is free; gas is about $30-40, electricity
is about $30 : depending on usage); Deposit: $300 (whoever pays deposit
first gets the place)
