in Marquis Midtown West. It is one of the best community around GT area, and
it is pretty new, beautiful, sunny and super safe (gate door equipped).
About 10 minutes driving to GT campus, and very close to Walmart and Kroger
and exit of I-75. I have been living here for 1 and a half year but my
roommate needs to move out soon for some reason. The rent will be 586 +
utility per month. I am a nice, easy-going Gatech student. If you are
