If you need several photos, these stores are expensive. normally $8 each 2
passport photos.
Here is a free one, you can take a photo using your own digital camera, then
upload your picture to below web site, then either print it using your
photo printer, or save the photo to your local disk, then print the photo
using all these stores above. For example, I print 1 4x6 photo at $0.19 at
walgreens. which has 5 passport photo on it.
