宝石有手续费在，倒卖是不划算的。自用也不能算大赚。
只是感叹一下还真有这么卖的，估计是王拆宝石了。

if all 3 list as commodity, it will cost 22.5 transaction fee for seller.
alternatively, one can find a crappy chest armor with 3 sockets and put all
three gems in. when that armor is listed in rmah, the tranaction cost ia 1$
only, so the seller will save 20$.
seller can pass by saving to buyer as well, by listing the armor as 140.
seller tell buyer what armor to look for in rmah. and the sale is instant.
