可不可以让一台机器上的不同用户使用不同的网络？
比如，我家里的电脑（一个interface)连在家里的router上，连上公司的vpn以后，我
想让userA的所有traffic用家里的个人网络（comcast)，userB的traffic走公司的vpn
，使用公司的网关。userA and userB 同时使用网络。可不可以呢？
i need to do this because i want to play LOD in battle.net. i want to
control multiple users from my pc. right now i am running ubuntu10.10, use
wine to run LOD. i have 6 sets of keys. installed LOD for 6 users on my box,
run 6 LODs at the same time w/o problem. but i found out i can make at most
4 chars from my pc to join the same game. perhaps bnet has restrictions?
anyway, if i run my char from my office pc(also ubuntu10.10), i can make the
5th char join the game. i used nx, it is so slow that i can't play the char
at all. so i am thinking if i can make the 5th user in my home pc to use a
different network gateway, then i can run all 6 chars in my pc to join the
same game.
any suggestions are welcomed. | M******k

发帖数: 6806 | 5 你面临的问题是, 你不好把某个进程绑定在某个route上, 换句话说, 一个host只有一
个路由表. 你不好指定某个进程的IP, 也不好指定某个进程的路由. 除非这个进程自己
选择一个IP, 那你可以指定这个IP出发的包都走某个route, 比如VPN.
两个host就可以指定不同的route了. 你也可以在同一个host上装虚拟机来做这件事.
至于你对外的IP是同一个, 这没有关系. VPN本来就是tunneling, 所以最后packet都会
从你的ISP发出去, 但有些经过包装转到你公司里了.

so basically i can't run all 6 games in my local system if bnet restricts on
ip address.
I can setup a vm on my pc. can i use something like proxy or some other ip
hiding tricks to make the games running in my VM appears to be using another
ip? how to make my VM's ip anonymous to bnet?

within company's IP range. in other words, game traffic most probably won't
be redirected through VPN. you may want to manually add a few items to your
route table.
DISCLAIMER: do not blame me if your company IT admin find out and do one of
the following: revoke your VPN, report to your boss, decrease your salary,
kick you out, etc.
