发帖数: 3728 | 1 OK, this is a simple tutorial for HOI after experiencing the learning curve
myself. Not serious work, just for fun.
I chose the country France because it's a challenging country. It's easy to
win with UK/China/Russia/US, but easy to lose with France. Why? Because France
has limited amount of provinces so the industrial potential is limited. On the
other hand a big country such as China can be easily built to have a total IC
of around 1000 in 5-8 years, roughly the power of US.
