2. Look at the investment Cowboys have spent on the OL. They are one of the
best if not the best. If you dont have a star RB behind this line. You are
wasting all the talents , the draft picks and the cap sapce of this OL.
3. It instantly extended Romo's window. Fewer throws, fewer sacks, better
health, longer playing career.
Should a team draft a RB at 4? probably not a good idea. Did Cowboys make a
good pick? I dont know. But it does make more senses for Cowboys to do so
than any other team.
And it is also the style of Jerry Jones. He doesn't care what the other
teams think. When JJ the owner falls in love with a player, JJ the GM will
pull the trigger. They didn't bother trading down a couple spots to get an
