* 3/4，也就是这个周一，翻财贴截至日期。这三天应该会陆续提交了。现在我知道的
几个。

这也是小周合同最后的期限。不然就必须使用翻财贴，先留住人，再继续谈。但是cap
hit就是至少14米刚刚的。
* 3/9-3/11， 一个三天的窗户，球队可以提前跟别队的unrestricted free agents谈
合同。球队也可以跟自己的restricted free agents谈留队的合同。
* 3/12，NFL 新一年正式开始。
下午4点EST开始，自由球员市场正式开始。球队可以跟球员签约，也可以交易
球员。所有球队必须这是under cap。所以这天之前的几天，估计over cap的球队要大
开杀戒。今年应该特别悲壮。不过今天公布的cap number涨了3米多，估计救了几条人
命。
* 3/17-3/20：NFL老板在凤凰城开年度会议。讨论的都是我们外人不知道的事情。有几
点我们球迷期待的。一是新赛季kick off的几场prime time比赛，甚至包括感恩节的比
赛。二是球队因为失去自由球员而得到的complementary picks。三是我瞎猜的，狮子
教练那个脑残挑战而失去review机会的规则可能会改。
* 4/25-4/27：这个应该是off season的高潮。NFL草稿在纽约举行。
* 4/20-5/22：NFL Spring League Meeting, Boston, MA。 不知道干嘛。也可能在这
里讨论规则改动的事情。 |

过去三天偷偷谈的，各种猜测谣言，马上就要爆发出来了。
RFA tender也要马上截止了。

If a team goes over the salary cap, it must forfeit a contract or
restructure contracts to assure the player is under the salary cap.
Non-Abiding Teams
For teams that do not abide by the salary cap, not only will they be
forced to forfeit the contracts of some players, but also to forfeit games.
The NFL Commissioner has the final say in the punishment.

这个怎么办？当然老板一般不会这么没有前瞻性，但如果发生了，联盟就罚比赛然后直
接waive cap hits? |
