好像NFL已经有７,８个队把所有新人签齐了, 而草稿到现在还不到三星期。
记得上一份CBA的时候, 就几年前, 好多人都拖到夏末秋初, 昆哥, 螃蟹树, 等等.
头两个月的空缺, 就拖累了整个生涯, 害人更害己.

服从命令听指挥”。

considered himself a top-3 talent, and should be paid accordingly.
In the new CBA the rookies' pay scale is much more structured, leaving
little room for bargaining, thus the orderly and timely signings.
But once he signs and comes to camp, he'd better play ball ... and hold shoes and bring coffees & donuts to veterans.

发帖数: 9375 | 11 这个3天的训练营已经结束了, 很有意思. 前来的一共有：
(a) 7个今年被选上的新人, 他们是签了4年的合同, 已经领了几十上百万签约金的.
(b) 15个是去年的预备队员, 和今年没有被草稿上的新人,
他们都签了所谓的一年"合约", 都是最低年薪, 可能给个几百一千的奖金.
只有在9月初进了最后的53人大名单, 合约和年薪才会生效,
但他们现在已经是球队的专有财产, 必须来参加训练和其他活动.
(c) 19个是今年没有被草稿上的新人, 而且也没有被签约.
他们只是被邀请来试训, 随时可以退出去别处另谋高就.
他们是希望集训结束的时候能达到(b).
(d) 17个是老兵自由人, 其中一个已经是33的高龄.
他们的处境和(c)一样, 不过要是达到了(b), 最低年薪会比新人的要高一些.
头7个是正式科班出身, 即使是第7轮的, 也不会现在就有生存问题;
接下来的15个要保住合约, 最后那36个要争取一份合约.
3天的考察结束以后, 巨人在(c)里看中了两个, 签了约,
因为不能超过90人的满额, 所以从(b)里砍了两个, (d)里的17个全部被遣散.
从现在到7月底夏训营开始, 还会有5次"团队活动"(Organized Team Activity),
每次2-3天, 90人全部出席, 其实就是听课和轻装的训练,
只是受CBA的限制不能把它直接叫做训练.
每一次完了, 也会有人事调整.

发帖数: 14021 | 12 每年这段时间，教练和边缘球员都很痛苦，特别时cut的最后一天。跟公司裁员似的。长鼻子当年座位＃4 QB，居然survive了这么多轮cut，也是命中注定。
