作为教练，你是受雇于老板，受雇于球迷的。而不是受雇于球员的。这一点要搞清。
球迷是衣食父母，球迷有意见，你应该虚心接受，认真反省。人后改不改是一回事，
但人前的态度一定要端正。
话说得太牛比，受伤害的会是自己。
什么"I proud of my team" "we fight our tails off", 全是空话。有鸟用。
拿个碗，你就有了最大的credibility。否则，最好低调，多装孙子，没啥坏处。

欧洲的soccer clubs个个都很牛比，皇家、百年豪门、etc,
好像球迷不上赶着追捧它们就没life style一样。在美国，谁鸟你这些。
体育业就是娱乐业，也是服务业，本质问题是到底是谁服务谁。
花了钱进球场，如果不爽，谁还会再花钱？居然说我们"don't know football"??!!
