l*x 发帖数: 14021	4 Yeah, OC is the scape goat. The message it sends is if things don't turn around quickly, HC is the next one to go. I read form Tony Dungy's book. The year before he was fired by the Tampa Bay , the owners asked him to fire his OC. He didn't think the OC did anything wrong, and insisted he should not be fired. The OC appreciated what Dungy did, and resigned by himself.
